Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to ensuring a higher level of quality in the initial stages of product development.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and tools.
• Provide input for process improvements and adhere to industry best practices in software testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, specifically with Salesforce applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or QFT.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development and configuration, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
