About the Opportunity:

The SCHEDULER, CUSTOMER SUCCESS plays a critical role in managing complex scheduling needs and client communications to maintain a seamless and positive experience. This position supports the operational effectiveness of the customer success function by coordinating client preferences, handling incoming requests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role is essential for preserving service quality and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex scheduling and rescheduling tasks with adaptability and clear communication
• Handle client preferences and communicate them effectively to the team
• Triage incoming service requests and route them appropriately
• Deescalate challenging client interactions and escalate when necessary
• Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years administrative or operational experience in a court reporting agency, law firm, or legal services environment
• Proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace and Slack preferred
• Strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Quick learner comfortable with new systems and processes
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage detailed processes efficiently
• Flexibility in ambiguous situations
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growing technology-focused environment

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Hourly rate: $20-$27
