Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support to customers during the implementation of Azure services.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud services and recommend improvements and upgrades.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical escalation and resolution of cloud-related issues.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and cloud technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Document processes, systems, and solutions to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing, specifically with Microsoft Azure.
• Deep understanding of Azure services including compute, networking, and storage options.
• Proven experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer, are highly desirable.

Technologies & Tools

The Senior Azure Cloud Engineer will utilize a variety of technologies and tools, including Microsoft Azure services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), Azure Resource Manager, Azure DevOps, Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, networking components, and containerization technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
