Senior Business Director

Cisco is seeking a Senior Business Director with exceptional strategic vision, deep industry insight, and experience in managing multinational teams. This is a full-time, executive-level position that is 100% remote, open to candidates who are legally authorized to work in the United States. As a key driver of business development and strategic execution, you will lead the growth roadmap for critical business segments and deepen global commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategic Planning: Lead the development and execution of long-term expansion strategies for core business areas, identifying and capturing growth opportunities within cutting-edge technology markets.

Business Development and Growth: Cultivate, establish, and maintain relationships with high-value global enterprise clients and strategic partners to drive robust revenue growth.

Executive Leadership: Serve as a core member of the executive team, managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing, diverse teams while fostering effective collaboration and cultural integration across borders and regions.

Compliance and Operational Management: Ensure that all business activities, contractual agreements, and market expansion strategies strictly adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and corporate compliance standards.

Qualifications

Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s degree preferred) in Business Administration (MBA), Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience: Extensive, successful experience in senior business management, business development (BD), or executive-level roles within large multinational technology firms or Fortune 500 companies.

Core Skills: Exceptional commercial negotiation, macro-strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making capabilities; deep expertise in the technology ecosystem, combined with superior remote collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.

Location: Must currently reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work full-time in the U.S.
