Job Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application support processes and incident resolutions.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating technical issues and solutions effectively.
• Participate in on-call support rotation, responding to emergencies and maintaining high service availability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, providing recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud application support or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Ruby) for automation and support tasks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
