Senior Corporate Attorney

A well-respected law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate with strong transactional and contract experience to join its corporate practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate governance
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements
• Advise clients on entity formation, corporate structuring, and ongoing compliance matters
• Collaborate closely with partners on deal execution and client counseling
• Manage matters independently while contributing to business development efforts

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate transactional work
• Strong background in contract drafting and negotiation
• Excellent academic credentials and active bar membership in good standing
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 and $225,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
