The Senior DevOps Engineer at EDZ Systems will be a pivotal part of our engineering team, responsible for driving the adoption of best practices in the software development lifecycle. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines that enhance deployment processes.
• Monitor environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Automate system configuration and provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize building, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Implement cloud solutions and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and enforce best practices for source control, software releases, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses following incidents to improve future reliability and performance.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
