Job Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of DevOps practices, ensuring a seamless integration of development and operations workflows.
• Design, implement, and maintain an automated CI/CD pipeline to enhance software delivery speed and quality.
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify system requirements and establish best development practices.
• Oversee the provisioning and management of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Monitor application performance and implement changes to optimize speed and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering growth and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and implement security measures for systems and infrastructure.
• Implement container orchestration using tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Outstanding knowledge of cloud service providers, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
