• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure integration of performance improvements in new builds.
• Establish KPIs for measuring app performance and user satisfaction; regularly report on these metrics to stakeholders.
• Drive user experience initiatives that enhance app usability and engagement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile technology and user experience best practices.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers related to app performance.

Qualifications
