Initially, travel will primarily involve Boise and New York, with the support footprint expected to expand as the technology is deployed at additional semiconductor sites. This person will initially operate as an FSE, doing hands-on troubleshooting, service, and customer support. The longer-term plan is for the role to transition toward a Technical Support position after approximately one year, so need someone who can become a true technical resource on the system, not just perform routine maintenance.
