Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with required SaaS industry experience for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in the Murrieta and Temecula, CA area. This role is ideal for an experienced FP&A professional who understands subscription-based revenue models and enjoys turning financial data into meaningful business insights.

The Senior Financial Analyst will support a growing SaaS organization by building financial models, analyzing recurring revenue metrics, preparing forecasts, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who wants visibility, impact, and the ability to influence business decisions in a collaborative environment.

This role offers a hybrid schedule, supportive leadership, cross-functional partnership, and the opportunity to work with key SaaS performance metrics that directly shape business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Analyze SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, MRR, ACV, churn, customer retention, and recurring revenue trends.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insight into revenue performance, profitability, operating expenses, and financial variances.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and business decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, management presentations, and business performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, forecasting processes, and operational efficiency.
  
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Annual salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
• Full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
• Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Murrieta/Temecula area.
