Job Description
Provide a resident-first experience by helping older adults and their families explore senior living options and identify the most suitable community and level of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships through active listening and compassionate guidance.
- Explain independent living and care/support options clearly and accurately.
- Support prospective residents through tours, visits, and decision-making next steps.
- Coordinate with internal community teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ongoing professional growth.
- Strong empathy and commitment to serving seniors and families.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to explain senior living options and guide next steps with clarity.
- Strong coordination skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
