Company Overview:

Flowserve is a global manufacturer of pumps, valves, seals, and aftermarket services, delivering comprehensive flow control solutions that support essential industries such as energy, clean water, and pharmaceuticals. If you're looking for a culture built on ingenuity, innovation, and excellence, Flowserve offers the opportunity to put your experience in motion. Whether you're an individual contributor or a people leader, you'll find meaningful opportunities for professional growth, competitive rewards, and a workplace grounded in our core values: People, Safety, Integrity, Ownership and Ingenuity. At Flowserve, we're inspired by what we can achieve together—creating extraordinary flow control solutions that strengthen today's world while building tomorrow.

Your Role and Impact

Flowserve is seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Line Leader to own the global direction of our Repairs and Services portfolio. In this role, you will shape the 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategy for repair, maintenance, and aftermarket service offerings, helping ensure Flowserve delivers differentiated value to customers across global markets.

You will work with regional commercial teams, Quick Response Centers (QRCs), service operations, engineering, and finance to develop and deploy offerings that improve customer experience, drive profitable growth, and strengthen Flowserve’s aftermarket position. This is initially an individual-contributor role with the opportunity to help build and lead a team over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategy for Repairs and Services offerings across all regions.
  • Own the development, commercialization, lifecycle management, and global deployment of repair, maintenance, and service offerings.
  • Assess current go-to-market approaches and improve portfolio positioning, customer value propositions, and commercial execution.
  • Develop industry-specific service solutions for customer segments such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and general industrial.
  • Partner with QRC and regional operations leaders to assess service capabilities, readiness, capacity, and consistency across the global network.
  • Lead customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify unmet aftermarket needs and prioritize new service opportunities.
  • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, operations, product management, and finance teams to build business cases, launch new offerings, and improve portfolio performance.
  • Monitor bookings, revenue, margins, service adoption, and other portfolio measures to identify growth, pricing, and profitability opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical or commercial discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in industrial aftermarket, repairs and services, MRO, field service, lifecycle solutions, product management, or commercial strategy.
  • Experience developing, managing, commercializing, or positioning service-based offerings in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-year product, service, or portfolio strategies across a cross-functional organization.
  • Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence teams across functions and regions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in valve repair, flow control, pumps, industrial equipment, or another heavy-industrial aftermarket environment.
  • Experience working with repair centers, service centers, field-service teams, or QRC-style operating models.
  • Experience developing service offerings for petrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, or general industrial customers.
  • Experience with new-offering development, service commercialization, lifecycle management, pricing, and portfolio performance analysis.
  • MBA or an advanced technical or business degree.
