Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 base salary + potential bonus
Opportunity Overview
Build the strategy. Shape the programs. Make an impact across the Americas.

Working closely with senior leadership, Finance, HR Business Partners, and global stakeholders, you will help establish the frameworks, processes, and rewards strategies needed to support continued business expansion.
We're looking for someone who brings more than technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a builder, strategic partner, and problem solver who can translate complex compensation challenges into practical solutions, influence executive decisions, and create programs that balance market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and business performance.
What you will achieve:
Total Rewards Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute compensation, benefits, and incentive strategies aligned with business objectives and global Total Rewards frameworks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation philosophy, market competitiveness, job architecture, and rewards decisions.
- Build scalable Total Rewards programs, policies, and processes that support rapid growth across multiple markets.
Compensation, Benefits & Incentive Programs
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and benefits programs across the Americas.
- Oversee annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, incentive planning, and applicable equity programs.
- Develop competitive salary structures, compensation guidelines, and incentive programs that support talent attraction, retention, and business performance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to evaluate benefits offerings, program effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
Analytics, Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, pay equity reviews, and Total Rewards reporting.
- Translate complex compensation data and market trends into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with applicable employment regulations, pay transparency requirements, and regional standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, reporting, and governance to create more efficient and scalable operations.
Cross-Functional & Global Partnership
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and global stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective Total Rewards practices.
- Develop tools, guidelines, and resources that enable managers and HR partners to make informed compensation decisions.
- Balance global program alignment with the unique business and regulatory requirements of individual markets.
What You Will Need
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR functions.
- Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated experience building, implementing, or significantly improving Total Rewards programs in a growing organization.
- Experience managing complex compensation cycles, market benchmarking, and data-driven analysis.
- Strong understanding of compensation compliance, pay equity, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent executive communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with HRIS, compensation systems, or reporting platforms.
- Ability to operate independently, influence business decisions, and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Total Rewards across the United States and international markets, particularly North America and LATAM
- Background in retail, consumer products, entertainment, or another high-growth industry.
- Experience developing compensation structures, job architecture, or incentive programs from the ground up.
- Familiarity with Workday, Power BI, or similar compensation and analytics platforms.
- CCP, CBP, CEBS, or related professional certification.
Why Consider This Opportunity?

- Partner with leadership: Work directly with senior decision-makers and global stakeholders.
- Own meaningful initiatives: Lead programs from strategy and design through implementation and continuous improvement.
