We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex integrations across enterprise Oracle HCM environments. In this role, you will build secure, scalable, and high-performance data flows connecting HR, payroll, benefits, finance, and compliance systems. You will leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, database structures, and integration technologies to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Working closely with HRIS, Payroll, and IT teams, you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that support critical HR processes. You will also contribute to integration architecture, performance optimization, and continuous improvement while helping maintain strong security and compliance standards.
