Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle SCM modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deploy robust supply chain solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Configuration: Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of core Oracle SCM applications (Oracle Cloud SCM / EBS).
• Module Expertise: Oversee end-to-end processes across Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics/Warehouse Management.
• Business Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional business partners to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and map business workflows to standard Oracle SCM functionality.
• Integrations & Testing: Collaborate with technical teams on data migrations, system integrations, custom extensions, unit testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Stakeholder Support & Governance: Provide post-implementation support, end-user training, change management assistance, and ongoing system optimization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle SCM modules (Oracle Cloud / Fusion SCM preferred, or Oracle EBS R12).
• Core Modules: Deep expertise in Order Management (OM), Procurement, Inventory (INV), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Supply Chain Financials.
• Full Lifecycle Experience: Proven track record of participating in at least 2–3 full-lifecycle Oracle SCM implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
• Integration & Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Oracle SCM integration points with Finance (AP/AR/GL) and manufacturing or third-party logistics (3PL) systems.
• Communication: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills with a strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

• Onsite Expectation: Must be based locally in/around St. Louis, MO, or fully prepared to relocate to St. Louis for the duration of the contract.
