About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR PARTNER MANAGER role focuses on leading North American sales execution with a major data platform partner. The position is responsible for accelerating co-selling and go-to-market initiatives to expand pipeline and revenue. This role contributes by building strong partner relationships, driving joint sales and marketing efforts, and collaborating internally to maximize revenue impact through strategic alliances.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain productive sales relationships with key data platform partners in North America
• Drive sales enablement and engagement with partner teams to grow pipeline and exceed revenue goals
• Lead joint sales and marketing activities to generate pipeline and closed revenue
• Collaborate with internal product, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate revenue through partner channels

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in partner sales or development management with large Data & AI platform partners
• Proven success in working with hyperscaler or platform partner sales and marketing organizations
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets through partner channels
• Strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline generation
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work with accountability and integrity in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and inclusive team player focused on business outcomes

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• On Target Earnings range from $202,645 to $253,307 USD
