Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This employer is hiring for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to scale their partner ecosystem and drive regional pipeline growth through strategic co-marketing initiatives. The role focuses on building demand-generation programs and fostering alignment between internal sales teams and external partners within the enterprise cloud and SaaS ecosystem.

The Role

• Develop and execute multi-quarter co-marketing plans and joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to achieve regional pipeline targets.

• Orchestrate high-velocity field campaigns, executive roundtables, and industry event sponsorships to source new business opportunities.

• Manage partner marketing operational budgets, ensuring fiscal compliance and optimal return on investment across all co-marketing activities.

• Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline performance to support business reviews.

• Equip partner sales teams with outreach playbooks, templates, and digital toolkits to facilitate rapid campaign execution.

What You'll Need

• 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or B2B Demand Generation within the enterprise cloud or SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated success in co-marketing with major cloud vendors, global systems integrators, or independent software vendors.

• Proficiency with Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, and account-mapping tools.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, enforce lead-routing governance, and measure pipeline attribution.
