• Lead the effort in establishing and improving automated testing practices and tools.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide training on best practices in quality assurance.

• Stay current with industry trends and emerging quality assurance technologies to enhance testing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
