Job Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers to foster a culture of quality within the engineering teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across testing processes and methodologies.
• Analyze testing results and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the QA practices remain effective and competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
