Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Lead the QA team in all testing activities, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits of testing processes and deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring thorough reporting and resolution.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance testing frameworks and improve automated testing functionality.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior QA analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Analyze test results to validate software functionality and performance, and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements to QA methodologies and processes to support Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing, performance testing, and usability testing.
• Expertise in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python to facilitate effective test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
