Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and establish comprehensive testing strategies.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks and tools.
• Execute automated test cases and ensure timely reporting of results to stakeholders.
• Identify and document bugs and issues within applications, ensuring proper defect tracking.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior QA engineers on best practices in testing and automation.
• Develop metrics and reports to track testing progress and quality assurance efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in technology and the QA field to continually improve testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automation.
• Expertise in the Robot Framework and its implementation in testing environments.
• Proficient in Python or other scripting languages; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
