Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
