Job Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at FullStack Labs, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems and services. Job Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and scale infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Monitor system performance and reliability using appropriate metrics and alerting systems.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate seamless deployment processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues; provide corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Drive the automation of operational tasks and processes to reduce manual workloads and increase efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to respond to urgent production incidents.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior SRE team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer or DevOps role.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Deep knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of system monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
• Familiarity with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
