Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack applications for Matcha's trading platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the entire technology stack.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to improve code quality.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design and technical decision-making.
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices in software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Solid understanding of web application architectures and RESTful API design.
• Experience with databases, both SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
