Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER (FULL STACK) will contribute to the engineering team by owning and delivering complex projects end to end, including data pipelines, API development, AI agents, and platform features. This role requires taking initiative to identify solutions, make architectural decisions, and deliver reliable code that supports the company's compliance platform.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in agile ceremonies with minimal meeting time.
• Develop features and fix bugs from design through deployment.
• Utilize AI and large language models responsibly as development tools.
• Exercise ownership over project scope, prioritization, and trade-offs.
• Share on-call rotation responsibilities during business hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience building web applications, APIs, and back-end systems.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Strong TypeScript experience or willingness to ramp up.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI developer tools.
• Experience working in startups or small, fast-paced teams.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 plus equity.
