Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks.
• Conduct thorough reviews of software requirements and design documents to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify and document software defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate resolution.
• Implement performance, security, and scalability testing for various applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers in testing methodologies and technologies.
• Contribute to the development of a robust test automation strategy and framework.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend testing tools to enhance the testing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN.

Technologies & Tools
