Job Responsibilities

• Engage with major accounts to assess their requirements, understand their challenges, and define effective solutions.
• Architect and present comprehensive technical solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
• Provide continuous guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales through post-implementation.
• Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Design and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to showcase product capabilities to potential clients.
• Support training and enablement activities for internal teams and customers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions architecture or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven experience working with major accounts or enterprise-level clients.
• Strong understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose viable solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
