Job Overview

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at RingCentral, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-based services. Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement infrastructure improvements and optimizations.
• Lead postmortem and root cause analysis activities to drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support for production systems to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Foster a DevOps culture by providing guidance on best practices and evolutionary technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Spinnaker.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
