Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy

Role Description The Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy will lead the development and execution of Verb Living Real Estate’s long-term strategic roadmap in a full-time, remote capacity. This role will oversee market and competitive analysis, identify growth opportunities in luxury real estate and strategic investments, and translate insights into actionable corporate initiatives. The SVP will partner with executive leadership to shape portfolio strategy, evaluate new markets and service lines, and guide corporate development activities such as partnerships, joint ventures, and investment structures. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on capital allocation, aligning business units to strategic priorities, setting performance metrics, and ensuring that strategic projects are delivered on time and within scope. The SVP will also mentor leaders across the organization, promote data-driven decision-making, and support the refinement of processes that enhance scalability and client value.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, financial models, and performance metrics and convert insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience in Corporate Development, including evaluating partnerships, M&A opportunities, investment structures, and strategic alliances in real estate or related sectors.
• Background in Consulting or advisory roles, with a track record of designing and implementing corporate-level strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Finance, including forecasting, valuation, capital allocation, and ROI analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Proven Strategic Planning capabilities, including building multi-year plans, defining KPIs, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Extensive leadership experience at the senior or executive level, with the ability to influence and collaborate across geographically dispersed teams.
• Knowledge of real estate, investment management, or related industries; experience in luxury or international property markets is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a remote environment, demonstrating autonomy, accountability, and strong time management.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
