🚀 About the Role

We are hiring an SEO & GEO Growth Manager – US Market to build and scale organic acquisition for our US K–12 education business.

This role is ideal for a hands-on SEO professional who understands both traditional search and the emerging AI search landscape. You will help US parents discover our Math and ELA tutoring solutions through Google Search and AI-powered platforms, while building scalable content and optimization systems.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies for the US K–12 education market.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
• Build content strategies targeting US parents searching for Math and ELA tutoring solutions.
• Optimize website structure, technical SEO, internal linking, and on-page content.
• Improve visibility across Google Search and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity.
• Develop scalable AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining originality and editorial quality.
• Coordinate content writers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Academic teams.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, AI search visibility, registrations, and trial bookings.
• Continuously improve organic acquisition efficiency and conversion performance.

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably targeting the US market.
• Proven experience growing organic traffic and conversions for B2C websites.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and keyword strategy.
• Familiarity with GEO, AI search optimization, and emerging search trends.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools.
• Experience in EdTech, tutoring, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently build and execute growth strategies in an early-stage environment.
