- Prepare and cook menu items according to LVP standards
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Support kitchen operations during busy meal periods
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Take guest orders accurately and deliver food efficiently
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
- Ensure guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage waitlists and guest flow efficiently
- Answer guest questions and support front-of-house operations
- Help maintain a clean and organized entrance and dining area
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
