Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) experience to support Professional Services and Advanced Services quoting, pricing, and billing transformation. This role will partner with Sales, Services, Finance, Deal Desk, and IT to streamline service offerings, optimize CPQ workflows, and enable scalable, configuration-driven business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own requirements and business process design for Professional Services and Advanced Services scoping, pricing, quoting, and approvals within CPQ.
• Translate new service offerings into configurable service SKUs, catalog structures, pricing rules, and approval workflows.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, including order management, subscription creation, and billing accuracy.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT to define requirements, document current-state and future-state workflows, and review functional specifications and user stories.
• Support integrations and workflows across Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Zuora Billing, and ServiceNow SOM/CRM.
• Lead UAT, validate system configurations, manage defect resolution, and support implementation and process adoption.
• Evaluate business impacts on revenue, margins, pricing, and compliance while managing multiple workstreams.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, CPQ Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with CPQ-based Professional Services or Advanced Services scoping, pricing, and quoting.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing, pricing models, product/service catalog configuration, and approval workflows.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, UAT, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zuora Billing and ServiceNow SOM/CRM.
• Background in Professional Services pricing, SOW-based quoting, service delivery costing, or margin analysis.
• Experience integrating CPQ with ERP, subscription billing, and revenue recognition systems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, and process-mapping tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
