Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and place orders as needed.
- Pick up, receive, and organize supplies for the shipping department.
- Process invoices, requisitions, and other department paperwork.
- Review and accurately enter department time records.
- Organize and maintain Human Resources files in designated storage areas.
- Provide administrative support and assist with other duties as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer and office software proficiency.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and high-volume workloads.
- Must be able to access and work in production areas when needed.
