We make custom signs. It is a faced-paced environment where we work to bring our customers’ visual concepts to life. We are looking for an organized, highly communicative air traffic controller. The successful candidate will be the face of the store to customers, the brains behind the project quotes, and the bridge between our clients and our design/production teams. You’ll then get to watch a raw concept turn into a physical sign and see it in our local communities.

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to bridge the gap between our customers, our design team and the fabrication shop. If you have a retail background, you already know how to juggle multiple customers, think fast on your feet, and appreciate great visual aesthetics. In this role, you’ll trade unpredictability for a regular schedule, helping local brands conceptualize and launch physical signs while keeping our shop organized and driving our social media presence to show off the cool stuff we make.

What you’ll actually do here:

• 📱 Own the Vibe (Front Desk & Socials): Greet walk-in customers with great energy, tackle incoming phone calls/emails, and create engaging social media content to show off our latest creation.
• 🧠 Consult & Deep-Dive: Ask probing questions to uncover exactly what local business owners need for their branding, rather than just taking basic orders.
• 🧮 Secure the Bag & Build Quotes: Analyze project specs to calculate labor, parts, and materials to build transparent project estimates, then follow up to close the deal.
• 🗺️ Be the Project Blueprint: Act as the direct liaison between our design team, production team, and clients to guide orders flawlessly from an idea or sketch to a physical install.
• 📁 Keep the Engine Running: Smoothly input orders, manage the customer database, handle general administrative tasks, and keep cash flowing by managing friendly payment collection follow-ups.
• 🔎 Perform Quality Checks: Team up with our makers to inspect outgoing signs, using an elite eye for detail to ensure every finished product is completely flawless.
