Overview

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Kubernetes (k8s) at WebstaurantStore plays a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our cloud-native infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain robust Kubernetes infrastructures that enhance application performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with software development teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar position with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go) for automation purposes.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and application security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
