Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test frameworks and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand testing needs and develop strategies to ensure high-quality releases.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on testing practices and implementation.
• Identify, document, and track defects in software using issue tracking tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor performance and reliability of applications through testing and reporting.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing test processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automated testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with automation testing tools/frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
