Job Overview

INA Solution is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer in Test to join our dynamic team. This role is critical for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans, cases, and scripts, as well as identifying and resolving defects in collaboration with our development team. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases to validate software functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Identify, document, and track defects in the defect management system.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure testability of products.
• Participate in code reviews to advocate for quality practices.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools for increased efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and assistance to junior team members in best testing practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Technologies & Tools

The Software Engineer in Test will work with a variety of technologies and tools to ensure software quality.
