We're seeking a motivated Software Developer to help design, develop, and implement modern web applications. In this role, you will perform systems analysis, design, integration, and documentation for complex applications. You will be a core member of an Agile team, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle with a focus on building high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Additional Roles / Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain robust applications using Java/Spring Boot for backend services and Angular for the frontend
- UI/UX Implementation: Build responsive and appealing front-end interfaces using UI templates, HTML5, CSS, and Angular
- Cloud Integration: Develop and deploy applications in a cloud environment, utilizing AWS services
- API Development: Write and consume effective RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between system components
- System Modernization: Contribute to efforts to translate legacy applications into modern, cloud-native architectures
- Quality Assurance: Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency, and collaborate on troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading applications
- Agile Collaboration: Be an active participant in the Agile development process (SAFe, Scrum, etc.), working with team members to enhance existing software and deliver new features
- BA/BS in a related field with 5-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong experience with Java and the Spring Boot framework
- Proficiency in front-end development with Angular, HTML5, and CSS
- Experience with Node.js for backend services or build tooling
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably in an AWS environment
- Experience with Agile development processes (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experienced with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Must be a US Citizen
- Possess an active CompTIA Security+ / IAT level II certification
- Possess a SECRET security clearance or have the ability to obtain one
- Experience writing SQL for a major database (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with API design and documentation (e.g., JSON, OpenAPI)
- Familiarity with source control tools like Git
- Experience with vulnerability analysis and remediation
