Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements based on user requirements.

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing ServiceNow configurations and custom applications.
• Create and assist with test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of new features.
• Provide second and third-level support for ServiceNow incidents and requests.
• Participate in the planning and execution of ITIL process improvements using ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years specifically working with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Javascript, as well as knowledge of HTML, XML, and SQL.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
