Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify specifications.
• Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to enhance product quality.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality considerations are integrated early in the development process.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and be involved in the production release process.
• Maintain documentation related to test processes, defects, and testing metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) is a plus.
