Position Overview

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer III at Natera will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive testing protocols. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and technical specifications.

• Participate in review meetings and provide input on architecture and design to improve quality from the earliest stages.
• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and integration testing as required to ensure software stability and performance.
• Automate test cases using appropriate tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and lead quality assurance initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable testing criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with web technologies and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
