Overview

Offered.ai is seeking a dedicated and skilled Software Test Automation Engineer (SDET) to enhance our quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test cases to ensure that our software products meet stringent quality standards. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies and objectives.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure product quality.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements to develop effective test plans.
• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate bug tracking tools.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to enhance testability of the product.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to achieve higher efficiency.
• Provide mentoring and support to junior QA team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with test automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
