CommandLink is seeking a dedicated Software Test Engineer in Development (SDET) to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts in alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to define test requirements and improve software performance.
• Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tracking tools, while managing escalation of priority issues.
• Design and implement performance and load testing to evaluate application efficiency under varying conditions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide input on software design and specifications.
• Continuously enhance the testing framework and methodologies to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
• Generate detailed reports on testing outcomes and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, lifecycle, and modern QA practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
