Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud architecture, and enterprise integration. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, build scalable and secure enterprise applications, and provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple technology stacks. Working knowledge of Python and exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI architectures are also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Lead solution architecture, application modernization, microservices design, and technology selection.
• Provide technical leadership in Java, Spring Boot, object-oriented design, and software engineering best practices.
• Architect REST APIs, event-driven systems, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
• Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or other major cloud platforms.
• Guide database design, data modeling, caching, performance optimization, and system reliability.
• Establish security, observability, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and infrastructure automation standards.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, proof of concepts, and technical design workshops.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Support AI/LLM integrations and maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or application design.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, and integration architecture.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, API integrations, or data processing.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or another major cloud platform.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, messaging systems, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Understanding of application security, scalability, performance engineering, and resiliency.
• Exposure to AI/ML, LLM APIs, RAG, or Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• ServiceNow CMDB experience preferred not mandatory..
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with .NET, Node.js, React, or other technology stacks.
• Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Argo CD.
• Relevant cloud or solution architecture certifications.
• Experience in technology consulting, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
