We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with business and technology teams to deliver analytics, automation, and modernization solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. In this role, you will lead the discovery, design, development, and support of technology-driven solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You will leverage low-code platforms, enterprise data sources, integrations, and modern development practices to solve complex business challenges and create scalable, sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, process assessments, and solution design discussions to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Recommend innovative approaches that improve business processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable value.
• Facilitate collaboration between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders while communicating risks, dependencies, and solution options.
• Design, develop, deploy, and support business applications, workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, data sources, and business applications.
• Support solutions throughout their lifecycle, including enhancements, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and release planning.
• Develop reusable components, best practices, and delivery standards that improve scalability, maintainability, and consistency.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational architecture, security, governance, compliance, and data management standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve business outcomes and technical capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide mentorship, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance to team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on analytics, automation, integration, and digital transformation.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience designing and developing business solutions using low-code platforms, workflow automation tools, analytics platforms, and related technologies.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to connect technology initiatives with business goals, operational improvements, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and modern technology platforms.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, development standards, governance frameworks, and deployment methodologies.
• Experience managing solutions across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through ongoing support and enhancements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and cloud-based technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, data engineering, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Experience supporting automation, low-code development, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with governance, intake, prioritization, and operational processes for technology solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping exercises, root-cause analysis sessions, and solution review meetings.
