Ready to grow as a restaurant leader? Join SONIC Drive-In with KBP Drive-In as an Assistant General Manager. You’ll partner with the Managing Partner to lead the team, strengthen restaurant performance, and create the fast, friendly experience guests expect—all while preparing for future Managing Partner and above-store opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Help oversee daily operations while upholding SONIC standards and policies
Support the Managing Partner by leading training, scheduling, and team performance
Manage inventory, food safety compliance, and guest concerns
Support financial performance through cash handling and expense control
Partner with the Managing Partner on growth initiatives and protecting the SONIC brand

What You Bring

At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
