Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs and regulatory changes.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies, to gather feedback and validate compliance initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and release notes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for certifications and compliance-related inquiries within the organization.
• Monitor industry trends and changes in compliance regulations to proactively adjust product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, specifically in compliance and regulatory environments.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing compliance-focused products.
• Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO, SOC, GDPR, etc.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and others.
