Job Overview

• Establish and refine monitoring and alerting protocols to enhance system uptime and availability.
• Conduct post-mortems and root cause analyses for incidents to identify and implement preventive measures.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in the onboarding process for new team members.
• Maintain strict documentation related to system architecture, operational procedures, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related discipline.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Expertise in monitoring tools and logging solutions, including Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
