Overview

• Implement incident response processes and lead post-mortem reviews to enhance system uptime.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design, build, and maintain services that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Strong experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker.
• Extensive knowledge of monitoring tools and technologies, including Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and infrastructure management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to troubleshooting.
